The Fratelli Calabretta company, although it has mantained a family management, has a 5,000 m² covered factory, where, with the help of modern equipment and a motivated staff, it reachs a processing capacity of about 300 tons of fresh fruit per day.

The quality of our products (juices, pulps, essential oils, peels) is guaranteed by an effective traceability system, by control of raw material, by cleaning and sanitizing the systems, by accurate chemical and physical control of all production and, in particular, by the attention and care of our specialized personnel.

Our story

Over the past few years, the company has obtained the following certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and KOSHER.
It has invested considerable resources, paying particular attention to the environment, taking care of energy savings (water and electricity), installing a photovoltaic system, and optimizing manufacturing processes. It has always respected ethical principles towards customers and employees.
